Most competitive events will start with a competition in your Region in February in order to qualify for the State Conference in April.
Important Dates
November 1, 2026 – Intent to Compete Form due
January 15, 2027 – Membership due in Register Portal
See dates below – Regional Registration Due
February 15, 2027 – Direct to State Form due – If your Region is not holding competition for a specific competitive event, submit a Direct to State form through your Regional Representative for each contestant/team, so we may effectively plan the State Conference competition.
February 15th – Regional payments due
