If you do not see the worksheet tabs when you open an Excel registration form, it is a setting on your computer that is preventing this. Help files are below to change your settings, according to which version of Microsoft Office you are using:
Some schools may not let you alter your settings. Please check with your IT contact for more help.
Choose one of the PDF documents from the list above that you would like to download.
Open and view the PDF file with Adobe Acrobat Reader.
If you're unable to open it, try a right click on the link and do a "File -> Save As", save it onto your desktop, then open the file.
Using PDF E-Forms
Place your cursor inside the form or select the hand tool. Position the pointer on a form field (where text is to be entered), and click. The I-beam pointer allows you to type text.
After entering text or selecting an item, do one of the following:
• Press Tab to accept the form field change and go to the next form field
• Press Shift+Tab to accept the form field change and go to the previous form field.
• Press Enter to accept the form field change and deselect the current form field.
• Press Escape to reject the form field change and deselect the current form field.
• If you are in Full Screen mode, pressing Escape a second time causes you to exit Full Screen mode.
Once you have filled in the appropriate form fields, do the following:
• Print form.
• Mail or fax form and any necessary attachments.
• Hitting the 'Go Back' button, or following a link in the browser window does not clear a form.
•To save your file you will need to look for the floppy disk icon in the Acrobat toolbar.
• The File Save and File Save as commands will not work
